Southern Branch

Due to the starting preparatory works for the 2014 Winter Olympic Games to be held in Sochi city OOO “Kapitalstroy” founded in 2009 a new subdivision “Southern Branch” to execute complex of works with construction of cast-in-place and bored-secant piles at the dual (railway and highway) road Adler – “Alpika Service” Mountain Ski Resort (surveying, designing and constructing works), at the motor road from “Alpika Service” Mountain Ski Resort to the finishing zone of “Rosa Khutor” Alpine Resort with construction of approaches to the Bobsleigh Track, Freestyle Center, Snowboard Park and Olympic Village in the Mountain Cluster (surveying, designing and constructing works), as well as for the other construction projects of the Krasnodar Kray.

At the present time the Southern Branch personnel exceeds 900 employees.

The Southern Branch structure includes all necessary engineering, production and auxiliary teams permitting to implement all complex of works.

The OOO “Kapitalstroy” Southern Branch production capacity permits to carry out about 7000 – 7500 cu.m. of piling works per month.
